第 25卷第 2期 中 国 计 量 学 院 学 报 Vo1．25No．2 2014年 6月 JournalofChinaUniversityofMetrology Jun．2014 【文章编号1 1004—1540(2014)02—0150—05 DOI：10．3969／j．issn．1004—1540．2014．02．007 双锥流量计压力损失实验研究 张凌峰 ，刘铁军 ，谢代梁 ，许 鹏 (中国计量学院计量测试工程学院，浙江 杭州 310018) 【摘 要】 为 了分析双锥流量计 的压力损失情况 ，对 多个不 同等效直径 比的双锥流量计进行实验研究．测取 各等效直径 比下双锥流量计人 口与喉部差压信号 以及压损信号，并与相 同被测介质、直径 比和I=1径条件下标 准孑L板和标准喷嘴流量计 的压损和相对压损进行 比较分析．结果表明，在相 同的测量条件下 ，双锥流量计 的压 损是孔板 的25 左右、是喷嘴的65 左右．对相 同测量条件下的V锥流量计相对压损 的比较分析表 明，由于 后部锥体 的导流作用 ，双锥流量计 的相对压损更小，且在流速较高时更显优势．即通过实验研究表明，双锥流 量计在流量计量上能起到更好的降低能耗的作用． 【关键词】 双锥流量计 ；压损 ；相对压损 【中图分类号1 TB937 【文献标志码】 A Experimentalresearch on thepressurelossofdouble-coneflowmeters ZHANGLingfeng，LIU Tiejun，XIEDailiang，XU Peng (CollegeofMetrologyandMeasurementEngineering，ChinaJiliangUniversity，Hangzhou310018，China) Abstract：Theexperimentswereconductedfortheinvestigationofthepressurelossofdouble—coneflowmeters withdifferentequivalentdiameterratios．Thedifferentialpressurebetween theinletand the throatand the pressurelOSSofthedouble—coneflowmeterswereobtained．ThepressurelOSSandtherelativepressurelOSSof thestandard orificeand thenozzleflowmeters werecompared in thecondition ofthe same testmedium ． diameterratioandcaliber．Thepressurelossofthedouble—coneflowmeterwasonly25 and 65 ofthe orificeandthenozzle，respectively．The relative pressurelossofthedouble-coneflowmeterwas theleast amongthefourkindsofflowmetersbecauseofthediversionoftherearcone，especiallyathigherflow rates ． Theresultsshow thatthedouble-coneflowmeterhaspotentialapplication prospectinfluidmeasurementto
