The result show s that the measurem ent system is practicable and sensitive, and its m easurement effect is very good. The signal sampling board and its follow ing comm unication system developed run prom ptly and accurately, and the data processing software and the virtual instrum ent system developed have some good performances, wh ich are stable and convenience. According to these advantages described above, them easuring system can be successfully applied in the statem easurem ent of the lubrication film thickness, and it has intelligent feature obv iously.
