河南农业大学本科生毕业论文（设计）题 目 生物质成型燃料链条锅炉送风引风 系统设计与研究 学 院 机电工程学院 专业班级 农业建筑环境与能源工程10级1班学生姓名 陈浩 指导教师 刘圣勇 撰写日期：2014年 5 月 21 日摘 要目前,能源和环境问题成为人类关注的焦点,虽然天然气、石油是当前的主要燃料来源,但是随着这些来源的枯竭和环境问题的日益突显,开发利用洁净的可再生能源已经迫在眉睫。因此,生物质能作为唯一可储存和运输的可再生绿色能源,其作用和功能不容小觑。锅炉燃烧自动控制系统的基本任务是使燃料燃烧所提供热量适应外界对锅炉输出的蒸汽负荷的需求, 同时保证锅炉的安全经济运行。送风控制一般采取串级比值控制系统, 辅之以含氧量校正信号。引风控制系统一般引入送风量前馈信号, 使送风量与引风量相匹配。锅炉送风机、引风机是锅炉系统的重要设备，对提高介质的燃烧利用率、保证锅炉的正常使用起着关键作用。本文从生物质成型燃料的优势和链条锅炉的结构总体分析,着重设计送风系统和引风系统,使燃料充分利用和燃烧,提高效率,节能环保,解决传统锅炉的诸多问题。关键词： 生物质成型燃料；送风；引风；链条锅炉 Design and Research of Straw Briquette Fuel Supply Chain Boiler Wind SystemAbstractNowadays, the public focus on the energy and environment problems. With the exhaustion of the main source of fuel and the increasing environment issue, it’s very important to exploit and use clear renewable energy resource, though the natural gas and oil are the today’s main source of fuel. Therefore, biomass energy, as the only renewable green and storage and transportation energy, its role and function is very important. Boiler combustion automatic control system‘s basic task is to adapt fuel combustion heat provided to the outside world demand for boiler output of the steam load, at the same time to ensure the safe and economic operation of boilers. Air supply control generally adopts cascade ratio control system, supplemented by oxygen correction signal. Lead the wind control system generally lead air output feed forward signal, and make the supply air volume and lead air volume to match. Boiler blower induced draft fan is the important equipment of boiler system, it plays a key role in improving the combustion efficiency of the medium and ensuring the normal use of boiler. This paper based on the advantage of straw briquette fuel and overall analysis of the structure of the chain boiler, focusing on design of air supply system and air lead system, make full use of the fuel and combustion, improving efficiency, saving energy and protecting environmental to solve the problems of traditional boi
