• 论 著 原始研究 中国循证医学杂志 2010, 10(9): 1037 ～1040 儿童白血病致病危险因素分析 * 吴丕六 戴碧涛 余忠红 于 洁 宪 莹 苏庸春 重庆医科大学附属儿童医院血液肿瘤科 （重庆 400014 ） 摘要 目的 探讨引起儿童白血病的可能危险因素。方法 设计白血病发病的危险因素调查表，对 2008 年 5 月至 2009 年 2 月重庆医科大学附属儿童医院住院的 143 例白血病患儿与同期住院的 108 例非白血病患儿进行 对照研究，对所得资料进行单因素分析，并选择其中有统计学意义的因素进行多因素条件 logistic 回归分析。结 果 单因素分析 26 项指标中 12 项有统计学意义（P0.05 ），其中既往频繁感染病史、油漆汽油接触史、家中进行 装修、新皮鞋接触史、家族肿瘤病史、母亲生育年龄、辐射暴露史、农药接触史等 8 项指标在多因素条件 logistic 回归分析中有统计学意义（P0.05 ）。结论 结果中频繁感染病史等 8 项指标与白血病的发病密切相关，可能为引 起儿童白血病较显著的危险因素。 关键词 儿童白血病；危险因素；相关性分析 Dependablity Investigation of the Risk Factors of Childhood Leukaemia * WU Pi-liu, DAI Bi-tao ,YU Zhong-hong, YU Jie, XIAN Ying, SU Yong-chun Department of Hematology and Oncology of Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University , Chongqing 400014 ,China Abstract Objective To investigate the risk factors of childhood leukaemia. Methods Questionnaire about risk factors of childhood leukaemia was devised and used.
