M ethods: Sixty ca se s of cervical cancers were random ly allocated in to two group s . The te st group ( 26 ca ses , 3 - DCR T ) , the contro l group ( 34 cases , external radiation and afterloading irradiation) . A fter received 40Gy / 20 fraction s of external radiation to the who le p elvic , Patien ts in the te st group were reduced radiation field s by 3 - DCR T, the total do se 65 ～70Gy in general , no more than 75Gy, in the con tro l group received 45 ～ 50Gy external radiation to the p aram etrrium , and point A received 30Gy by afterload irradiation ( 4 ～7. 5Gy p er frac2 tion, 1～2 fraction s p er week) . Results: The effect of the 2 group s were affirm ative , the rate s of acute comp lication for the rectum were sign ifican tly lower in the test group than in the contro l group , the rate s of comp lication for the b ladder were sim illar , and the respon se of the test group was slightly .
