Selection methods: from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital, a total of 150 patients with coronary heart disease, patients with randomized method can be divided into two groups, 75 cases in each group. Control group given routine nursing intervention, patients with observation group in the control group, at the same time give positive psychological nursing intervention, to observe and compare two groups of patients self-efficacy levels and changes in the medical coping styles. Results: after treatment, the observation group and control group patients self-efficacy and medical coping styles are changing, observation group after the intervention score was 16.35 ± 2.51 face, fear score was 0.02 ± 2.51, escape score was 0.56 ± 2.12; Control group score was 14.17 ± 2.0 face, fear score was 2.56 ± 3.00, escape score was 2.63 ± 3.25, index change ratings of the observation group than the control group, between groups is statistically significant, P 0.05). Conclusion: in order to improve the self-efficacy of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and medical coping style and so on, can be in patients receiving treatment at the same time, give the patients psychological nursing intervention, actively and scientifically in order to improve the quality of improving the prognosis of patients.
