毕业设计（论文） 随着半导体技术的发展，LED显示屏的设计制造和应用水平得到目益提高，LED 显示屏了从单色、双色图文显示屏到全彩色视频显示屏的发展过程。在越发展过程中，无论是材料的性能(高LE显示屏)还是显示方式(计算机化全动态显示)都取得了长足的进步。 LED显示屏相比于其他显示媒介，有其独特的优越性，比如：可靠性高、使用寿命长、亮度高、功耗低、色彩丰富等。LED显示屏已经广泛应用于工业、交通、商业广告、信息发布、体育比赛等各个领域。相信随着全彩色显示技术的日益完善，LED显示屏必将褥到更广泛的应用。 ABSTRACT Along with the development of the semiconductor technology,the LED screen has acquired rapid improvement in design，manufacture and application．It went through from single color and two color image LED screen to full-color video LED screen．During this process，both material performance(high brightness LED screen)and display mode (computerized dynamic display)have obtained great progresses． Compared with other display mediums，LED screen has some unique advantages such as high reliability，long durability,high brightness，low power consumption，abundant color and so on。Now LED screen has been widely used in industry,transport,business advertisement, information release，physical match and other fields．With the fast development of full—color display technology，LED screen will be widely used in more fields． The traditional LED Displaying system was put into practice by small or middle scaleintegrated circuit.The bulk of system is more large;the debugging is difficult;what is more,thesystem is not easy to modify.With the development of large scale integrated circuit and PLD.The capability of components have been improved a lot.PLD’s hallmark are high integrated、high speed、high reliability ISP and so on.As a result,this design accomplishs the function ofcircuit,which not only can satisfy the high speed image data transmission of large screen systemand improve the performance of circuit,but also increase the flexibility of circuit design.In thedesign,it is possible to act hardware description language procedure according to the practicalapplication demand,instead of revising hardware design of the circuit,which reduce the designcycle and the cost.
