WTO相关规则对我国大豆产业影响研究 ——基于农业协议和贸易救济规则 摘要 我国自入世以来，大豆进口量逐年高速上升，现已成为世界上最大的大豆进口国。进口大豆以低廉的价格占领着我国的大豆市场，对我国大豆产业遭受了严重的冲击，并陷入了困境。同时，对WTO农业规则以及相关的贸易规则在理论上和实践上认识与研究的不足，我国并没有充分利用WTO相关规则来保护好我国的大豆产业。 本文将在前人研究的基础上，对入世以来我国大豆产业对WTO相关规则运用的方法及其效果予以分析，通过国内外大豆产业的政策运用比较分析，总结出我国大豆产业在运用WTO相关规则时的问题与不足，进而对提升WTO规则的运用效率，改善我国大豆产业贸易环境提出合理的建议。 关键词：WTO农业协议，贸易救济，大豆，国内产业支持政策 To study the influence on china’s soybean industry based on the relevant WTO rules ——Including of the agreement on agriculture and trade remedy rules Abstract Since China has become the member of WTO, the quantity of the imported soybean has risen at a high speed year by year, and china has become the world’s largest importer of soybeans. The imported soybeans occupy china’s soybean market with a low price, which has led to the significant impact on china’s soybean industry, and make it into difficult situation. At the same time the lack of research of the agreement on agriculture and other rules of WTO in the theory field and practice field, china has not taken full advantages of the rules of WTO to protect our soybean industry well. This article will study the approaches and the results of the policies that china’s soybean industry has taken and achieved. And find out the problems that china has in taking advantage of rules of WTO through comparing the support polices that foreign countries has taken. And then come up with the relevant solution to improve the efficiency and the trading situation that china’s soybean industry is faced of.
