T he com rehensive evaluation model based on grey theory and fuzzy mathematics w as resented by analytical hierarchy rocess ( AHP) w hich quantified the qualitative indexes, and combined the qualitative analysis w ith the quantitative analysis, w hile focusing on the latter . The model not only considered the rich ex eri- ence of ex erts, but also reduced the subjective influences.
