Combined with high-rise buildings construction,let us discuss the characteristics of the high-rise construction’s process and the solving measures, proposed a set of high building construction management method. 。【关键词】高层建筑；施工管理；质量；成本；安全 随着城市化进程的发展，高层建筑在城市建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。由于高层建筑结构复杂，工程量大，涉及工序多，给建筑施工带来相当大的难度，在建筑施工过程中探讨合理的施工管理方法对提高建筑质量缩短建设工期以及控制施工成本都有至关重要作用。1高层建筑结构特点高层建筑由于层数多，体量大，建筑地基必
