The factors such as the concentration of leach ing agent, temperature, tmi e and stirring w ere researched in the process of removing boron, and the samp les w ere characterized by ICP, SEM, etc. The resu lt show s thatwhenMGSi powder is leached at appropriate cond itions of c (HNO ) = 6. 5mol/L, 3 c (H SO ) = 6mol/L, reaction temperature 120 , reaction tmi e 4 h, the finalboron mi puritiesmass fraction after 2 4 - 6 treatm ent can be reduced to 3. 574 ! 10 , and the removal rate of boron mi purity in MGSi pow der is 44. 58%.
