如何开发学生英语学习中的非智力因素 How to Develop the Students’ Non-intelligence Factor in English Learning 如何开发学生英语学习中的非智力因素 路桥区金清中学 张奎 摘要: 在学习英语的过程中，除了智力因素对学生学习英语有关之外，在现代的有关非智力因素对学生的学业成绩的影响的研究中发现，非智力因素对学生学习也有相当大的影响。本文着重探讨在英语教学中如何开发学生英语学习中的非智力因素，更有效地进行英语教学，即：如何保持和加强学生的学习动机,提高学生学习英语的兴趣，培养良好的师生情感，不断磨练意志，实施因材施教，养成良好的英语学习习惯。这也是拓展学生的潜能、实施素质教育不可疏忽的一个重要因素。 关键词： 非智力因素 英语学习 开发 Abstract In the process of English learning, intelligence factor can affect English learning, but in the research of non-intelligence factor, non-intelligence factor has great influence on students?learning. This theme deals with how to develop the students?non-intelligence factor in English learning. Strengthening the students?motives can make them know why they study. Arousing the students?interests can make them learn better and better. Establishing a good relationship between students and teachers can make them know better about each other, reduce the obstacle of the students in English learning. Hardening their volitions can make them study harder in English learning. Teaching students in accordance of their aptitude can make teachers know the different characters of the students. Forming a good habit can benefit for the students?English learning. All these factors play an important role on English learning, so we must pay attention to these factors. Therefore, how to develop the students?non-intelligence factor in English learning is very important, the teachers must attach importance to these factors, and the students also must know about them. In this way, they can learn better and better. Keywords: non-intelligence factor, English learning, develop 学生的学习活动是智力因素和非智力因素相互作用的过程，学习效果是这两种因素共同作用的结果。智力因素主要指思维力、想象力、理解力、记忆力等；非智力因素由于分的层次不同，可划分为三个层次,列表如下： 表1.非智力因素层次表 层次 基本性质 组成因素 第一层次 广义的非智力因素，由智力因素以外的一切心理因素组成。 智力因素以外的全部心理因素。 第二层次 狭义的非智力因素，由五种基本的心理因素组成。 动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格。 第三层次 具体的非智力因素，由十二种具体的心理因素组成。 成就动机、求知欲望、学习热情、责任感、义务感、荣誉感、自信心、自尊心、好胜心、坚持性、自制性、独立性。 通常我们指的是第二层次狭义的非智力因素（动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格）。学生的智力
