二滩水电站 设备缺陷研究报告 二滩水力发电厂 二〇一〇年十一月 摘 要 二滩水力发电厂是我国上世纪投产的容量最大的水电厂，安装6台混流式机组，单机容量550MW，从1998年投产至今已经连续运行十余年，在这十余年时间内，二滩电厂机电设备暴露出来的缺陷隐患将近10000条，这些缺陷较大程度的影响了机组的安全经济运行。水电厂的机电设备缺陷是否具有一定的规律可循、设备缺陷主要涉及到哪些部件、缺陷的具体原因是什么、设备的可靠性如何、对设备缺陷的防范和消除可采取那些建议和措施等等是本文研究的重点，本文以二滩电厂十余年的缺陷记录数据为分析依据，按照缺陷所涉及的设备对缺陷进行了详细分类，从统计学的角度探讨了设备缺陷的发生发展规律，分析了设备缺陷的成因，根据设备运行状况和缺陷暴露情况预估了设备的可靠性，针对设备缺陷原因提出了合理化建议和相应的预后措施。关键词： 二滩水力发电厂 设备缺陷 合理化建议Abstract Ertan Hydropower Station is put into production in the last century, which is the Chinas larges hydropower plant on capacity, with installation of 6 sets of mixed-flow unit for the capacity of 550MW. has been put into operation in 1998, more than ten years of continuous operation,the Ertan power mechanical and electrical equipment factory have hidden flaws exposed nearly 10 000, a greater degree of influence of these defects in the safe and economic operation of the unit. If hydropower defects of equipment have certain rules to follow, which parts there equipment defects are mainly related to, what are the specific reasons for defects? How reliable is the equipment, On equipment defects of prevention and dispel the proposals and measures taken to ,all there are the focus in this paper.We will Beach power plant to the second decade of the defects recorded data analysis based on,to classfy the defects for defective equipment involved on the defect.
