SME cost management theory and methods to study the actual cost of the work to guide the growth of SME, improve cost management efficiency and quality, an important guiding significance. This article first defines the concepts of cost management and introduces researches cost management system and methods. Cost management based on the current situation of Chinas small and medium enterprises SME proposed the existence of specific cost management concept behind the outdated method of cost management and cost information is untrue and other issues, and proposed factors causing these problems. Propose solutions to take some measures to improve cost management of small and go and new cost management methods. Finally, a positive force for the purpose of Yang Industrial Co., Ltd. is the case, then they face the traditional cost management problems, propose the use of a comprehensive cost management theory to improve.
