第 36 卷 第 12 期 建 　筑 　结 　构 2006 年 12 月 对建筑结构扭转不规则程度判别的研讨 陈才堡 　安 　来 ( 中国建筑设计研究院　北京 100044) [提要] 　现行规范的建筑结构扭转不规则判别指标 ———楼层的最大弹性水平位移与该楼层两端弹性水平平 均位移的比值不能很好地反映结构扭转不规则的程度 。建议改用刚性楼板假定下的楼层转角界定结构扭转 不规则的程度 。该转角值取116 000 ,18 000及14 000可作为框架结构 , 124 000 ,112 000及16 000可作为框架 剪力墙结构 ,132 000 ,116 000及18 000可作为剪力墙结构扭转不规则、特别不规则及严重不规则的判别界限。 [ 关键词] 　扭转不规则 　楼层转角 　判别界限 Discussion on Judgement Index of Torsional Irregularity for Building StructureChen Caibao , An Lai ( China Architecture Design and Research Group ,Beij ing 100044 ,China) Abstract : Current j udgement index of torsional irregularity for building structure —the ratio of floors ’maximum elastic displacement to average displacement of two ends of the floor can not reflect structure torsional irregularity exactly . The floor torsional angle as the hypothesis of floor slab rigidity is suggested to be the j udgement index of torsional irregularity . The angle values which are 116 000 ,18 000 and 14 000 for the frame structure ,124 000 ,112 000 and 16 000 for the frameshear wall structure ,and 132 000 ,116 000 and 18 000 for the shear wall structure ,are suggested as j udgement limits of structure torsional irregularity ,specialirregularity and seriousirregularity .
