Thi s sen sor utilize s t he magneto st rictive eff ect an d inver se magneto st rictive eff ect of giant mag netic mat erial , t he liquid level can be mea sured by t he time int erval bet ween int er ro gation p ul se an d t he echo p ul se . The int er ro gation p ul se mo dule , echo p ul se mo dule , PWM mo dule , volt age adj u st circuit are de signed . Then , we analyzed t he f actor s of aff ecting p reci sion and st abilit y . The exp eriment dat a indicat e t hat t he mo dularized level sen sor ha s excellent dynamic an d st atic p erfor mance and can adj u st circuit p a ramet er flexibly . Therefore , t he t ran sducer ha s been more int elligent and t he w hole p erfor mance wa s im p roved .
