摘 要 随着中国经济的不断高速发展，全国人民的生活质量不断的提高，为满足顾客的需求，缓解生活压力，需新建一批星级酒店和娱乐城，该娱乐城为其中之一。它位于繁华的武汉光谷，拥有得天独厚的地理位置。 本娱乐城设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两个部分，设计采用框架结构，共五层，建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类，基本风压为0.35KN/㎡，抗震设防烈度为7度，建筑场地土类型为中软场地土。 通过此次毕业设计，复习和巩固了以前所学知识；本次毕业设计培养了我进行独立设计的基本能力，为毕业后的工作打下了一定的基础，为以后工作的良好开端。同时，在设计中，一方面要把以前所学的知识运用进去，熟悉国家有关规范、条例和规程，同时，要学会使用甚至熟练掌握CAD、天正和PKPM结构计算软件；另一方面，由于现代化建筑一般都具有密度大，功能多，设备复杂，防火要求和管理自动化水平高，并且要求考虑节能和无障碍设计。因此，通过这次毕业设计，也拓宽了我的非本专业知识面。 关键词：建筑设计、结构设计、框架结构Abstract With the rapid development of economic in China, the standard of living has gradually improved. For the demand of consumers and improvement of living presures, we need to establish a group of star-hotels and entertainment centers. this entertainment center I designed is one of them. It stand at Guanggu. Guanggu is a prosperous place in Wuhan. It enjoys exceptional advantages in geographical position The design of the hotel consists of architectural design and structural design.The design adopts frame construction ,including six layers. The category? of building yard belongs to II ,fundamental wind pressure is 0.35KN/㎡, and seismic fortification intensity is 7. The category of the soil of building yard is medium-soft site soil. Though this graduation project, we can review and refocus what we have learned. The graducation project also can improve my primary ability of conducting design by myself and lay the root for my future career after graduation. It can be a good beginning for my first job. Meanwhile , in the process of design, I applied what i have learned to the design and I had acquaintance with ralevant specification, regulations and procedures in my country. What s more, I must be on the top of some computer softwares, such as CAD, TENGEN and PKPM. In addition, since modern architectures generally have the characteristics of great density, multifunction, sophisticated device , fireproofing and high level of automated management and they demand desigers to take energy conservation and barrier free in to consideration, this graduc
