高校电子校务发展状况探析 ——以宁夏大学电子校务建设为例 摘 要 随着信息化的快速发展，电子政务已不再只是政府的专利，已经涉及到企事业单位各个领域。高校电子政务作为教育电子政务的重要组成部分，构建数字化校园的理念已经深入人心。宁夏大学作为211重点院校，近年来通过加强校园信息化建设来实现数字化校园管理和服务、行政效率显著提高，成为新型校务管理活动的重要形式和有效途径。 本文从校园电子校务的服务对象、管理模式、系统架构等方面对电子校务的概念进行界定，通过对宁夏大学校园信息化建设的调查，阐析了高校电子政务发展的基本状况，构建数字化校园的优势。同时发现在电子校务建设中存在缺乏统一规划、办公自动化水平有待进一步提高、信息安全隐患和在线办事能力不高的等方面的问题，并此提出了解决相应的对策和建议。其目的在于使电子校务更好的服务广大师生，提高学校的信息化的水平，实现数字化校园建设和新型校务管理，进而更好的促进高校的内涵发展、特色发展、和谐发展、持续发展Development of Electronic University ___E-school construction in Ningxia University Abstract With the?level of development?of information, Using information technology to?promote the?modernization of management to?promote the?new?government building automation is ?no?longer?just a government? patent, has been?involved in e-government enterprises in various fields.
