China joins WTO, the world economy and trade integrates, the traditional non-tariff tade barriers are cut down gradually, getting green trade barrier become international trade main outpost of the tax office of development day by day with distinct characteristic of the time their. Will make Chinese agriculture face enormous challenge and risk while offering more opportunities for Chinas agricultural development too. At present, green trade barrier question cant already be avoided in international trade, agriculture is apter to be influenced by it as a kind of weak quality industry. This text proceeds from characteristic and reason of the rise of the green barrier and analyzes, point out the green impact on agriculture of the present stage of our country of barrier, and has put forward some effective countermeasures and suggestions from two angles of governments and enterprises.
