Inventory problem has already no longer only performance for enterprise inventory manage- ment ability, the more rise for enterprises and suppliers cooperation relations, the supply many enterprises are accused of punish effective inventory management method, zero inventory is pursuing the best inventory production enterprises, how to realize zero inventory state has many specific methods and management strategy.
