摘 要 本文针对9层框架宾馆设计时所涉及问题，依据规范对其建筑功能、结构构件、结构主体进行了设计、计算。该办公楼主体高度345米，建筑主体长54.6米，宽度16.5米，主体建筑面积9396平方米。底层层高4.2米，标准层层高3.6米。抗震设防烈度7度，场地类别II类。 本次设计主要包括建筑施工图设计和结构设计两大部分：建筑施工图设计部分：建筑平面、立面及剖面设计，功能分区设计，防火疏散及抗震设计。结构设计部分：梁柱截面尺寸估算、荷载计算、框架侧移刚度计算、地震作用下框架结构的内力和侧移计算、竖向荷载作用下框架的内力计算、内力组合、配筋计算。 采用底部剪力法计算地震作用，内力计算采用D值法；对于竖向荷载采用弯矩二次分配法。 关键词：宾馆；框架结构；底部剪力法；抗震设计 Abstract Aiming at the problem of a 9-story hotel building, the building’s functions, structure elements and structure body are designed depending on the codes. The height of the main body is 34.5 m, the total length of the building is 54.6m and the width is 16.5m ,the total area is 9396m2. The height of the first floor is 3.9m and the standard’ floor’s height is 3.6m.Seismic intensity of 7 degrees, Level is II kind. The design includes architecture design and structural design. Architecture design contains plan design, elevation design and section design. functional design, fire evacuation and earthquake resistant design. Structure design contains seven parts: estimation of the size of columns and beams ; load computation; the frame side rigidity computation; the frame internal forces and the side displacement under earthquake load computation and the calculation of frame internal forces under vertical load, a combination of internal forces, reinforcement calculations. Equivalent base shear method is used and the twice allocation method of moment is used to calculate the vertical load.
