At present ,rod mill has made great progress ,Morgrn Rod Mill has go into the fifth generation . There are more 180 products in the word . Treason why this kind of high-speed rod mill is developed so quickly is that it has 45-no-torsin finish mill and advanced system of cooling .With the development of industry, people require string products have more coil weight, big tolerance in diameter, and perfect mechanical property. Their main characters include: Replacement of roller wish WC rolling circle, makes it convienient to shift roller. Non-twist rolling is realized. Adoption of combining structure has the rolling mill more compact. The hand stiffness of WC3 has made the diameter of roll decrease greatly.
