课程设计说明书 花式喷水池的PLC控制系统设计 院 、 部： 电气与信息工程系 学生姓名： 指导教师： 专 业： 自动化 班 级： 自本1103  摘要? ? ? ?随着社会的不断发展,随着人们生活的需要，PLC的应用已经渗透到了国民经济的各个领域，对人们的生产生活起到了不可取代的巨大作用，同时带动传统控制检测日新月异更新。了解并应用PLC知识是一项可用性极强并意义深远的事.本系统是利用可编程控制器(PLC),以PLC为主控制器,结合气动装置、传感技术、位置控制等技术,从而实现对花式喷水池的全程控制.系统具有自动化程度高、运行稳定、精度高、易控制的特点,广泛应用于生活的各个场所。随着微处理器、计算机和数字通信技术的飞速发展，计算机控制已扩展到了几乎所有的领域。?本文讨论的花式喷水池控制系统，完成了花式喷水池系统的所有基本工作。人员的使用上也仅局限于在计算机上对整个控制系统进行监控和针对不同要求修改系统控制流程,基本做到自动化控制。本论文阐述了利用三菱生产的一种FX2N-48MR系列的模块结合气动、传感器、变频器和位置控制等技术,并运用梯形图编程,实现对花式喷水池系统的高效管理。为了满足人们多样化、日益增长的生活需要，诸如PLC此类的高端技术也慢慢的融入到了人们的生活中，并且得到广泛的推广和应用。从而不断满足人们不断增长的各种需要。? 关键词：自动化控制、花式喷水池控制系统、三菱FX2N-48MR In this paper, With the continuous development of society, as people living needs, the application of PLC has permeated all fields of national economy, the peoples production and life plays an irreplaceable important role, also drive the traditional control detection update changes with each passing day. Knowledge understanding and application of PLC is a strong usability and meaningful thing.
