江阴职业技术学院 毕业设计说明书 课 题： 海水淡化装置控制系统的设计 子课题: 同课题学生姓名: 专 业 机电一体化技术 学生姓名 班 组 11机电（2） 学 号 指导教师 完成日期 2013-11-12 海水淡化装置控制系统的设计 摘 要 海水淡化是实现水资源利用的开源增量技术，淡水总量，且和气候，水质好、价格，沿海居民饮水和工业水稳定。PLC控制海水反渗透淡化装置，实现海水的自动补给、沉淀、去污、多组过滤膜的清洗、淡水储备和排放等过程，并利用组态软件设计人机界面，对处理过程监测和控制。该设计是以西门子S7-200系列的PLC为核心来实现海水淡化的处理过程，包括自动 、手动两种运行模式。上位机采用了MCGS组态软件完成监控界面的设计，以动画方式显示控制设备的状态，并实现参数设定、修改、显示等功能，并对系统出现的故障进行实时报警。下位机利用PLC编程实现过程控制。设计系统将硬件和软件结合，并通过调试运行验证，实现了海水淡化的基本功能要求。 关键词：海水淡化 反渗透 PLC组态 Design of Seawater Desalination Control ABSTRACT Desalination is to achieve incremental water use open source technology, marine resources are more able to make the total volume of fresh seawater desalination has increased, but less time and space and climate to produce fresh water quality is good, the price can also be the masses to accept , to meet Chinas coastal residents daily drinking water and industrial water steady demand .
