探讨社区内肺结核患者药物治疗依从性管理影响因素及防控对策 曹征忠 [摘要]目的：探讨影响社区内肺结核患者化疗药物依从性管理影响因素，并采取相应的干预对策，以提高疾病控制与管理水平。方法：对本社区12例肺结核菌阳患者的临床进行回顾性分析，重点调查患者对化疗药物的治疗方式、方法、认识态度、对本病的了解程度以及患者的生活环境等。结果：药物依从性较好的8例，占66.67%，一般的3例，占25.00%，差1例，占8.33%。结论：社区内肺结核患者的药物依从性不很理想，与患者的年龄、文化程度、对疾病了解程度及慢性病控制医师对本病宣教程度有很大关系。慢病管理医师应提高认识，与患者积极沟通，定期监测患者的药物依从性，以不断提高患者疾病治愈率和管理水平。 [关键词]肺结核；药物依从性；慢性病控制与管理 To explore the factors and Countermeasure of prevention and control of community drug in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treatment compliance management Cao Zheng-zhong [Abstract] Objective: To explore the factors affecting the community of chemotherapy drugs in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis compliance management, and take corresponding countermeasures, to improve disease control and management level.Methods: a retrospective analysis was performed on 12 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in the community, Yang patients, focuses on the investigation of patients to chemotherapy treatment, methods, attitude, to the disease degree of understanding and patients living environment. Results: the drug compliance is good in 8 cases, accounting for 66.67%, general in 3 cases, accounting for 25%, and poor in 1 cases, accounting for 8.33%. Conclusion: drug compliance in community patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is not ideal, and the patients age, culture degree, understanding degree of disease and chronic disease control physicians have a great influence on the education degree of the disease. Chronic disease management physician should improve the understanding, actively communicate with patients, drug compliance of patients with regular monitoring, in order to improve the cure rate and the level of the management of patients with the disease.
