The main function of this system is to maintain a suitable parameter during flight in the pressure zones. It directly affects human’s and equipment’s working. Air condition system distributes in many components like cockpit, cabin, cargo and electronic compartment. It has a high possibility to get malfunction because of its complicated ducts, components and structure. Firstly, a summary of air condition system is introduced. It provides human’s requirement of environment parameters. Secondly, airbus 320 air condition system and its components are introduced in detail. At last, several kinds of common failures are analysed and the relative troubleshooting procedure is advised. It can help people understand the aircraft air condition system, provide reference media and save the resources at the same time.
