健康传播在畜牧兽医实践中的应用探讨 Application of Healthy Communication in Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine 吴荣富 Wu Rongfu 【内容摘要】本文在探讨拓展健康传播概念的基础上，分析了其在我国畜牧兽医领域的缺失，提出开 展健康传播将有助于控制人畜共患病的蔓延；倡导行业重视健康传播理念的宣传与推广，研究行业健 康传播链；在全国农业院校开设健康传播学的课程，开展通识教育；打通大众媒体和专业媒体以及网 络媒体的互动通道，实施媒介组合传播；加强动物疫情和突发性事件的风险沟通，科学应对疫情，积 极引导消费，稳定大众情绪；建立健全突发重大动物疫情预警体系和应急反应机制，以及人医和兽医 防控合作协调机制,推动健康传播理念的应用研究走向更广更深的领域，从关心动物疫病转向关心动物 福利和人类健康，保障我国畜牧养殖业的健康发展和人民生命安全。 【关键词】健康传播 兽医 人畜共患病 禽流感 Abstract: On the grounds of conception extension of healthy communication, this paper analyzes the deficiency in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine and puts forward that the development of healthy communication can promote the control of zoonosis spread. The conception of health communication should pay attention to spread and expand, and spread chain in the industry. The courses of healthy communicate and general education should be offered in national agricultural colleges. The interaction channel of mass media, specialty media and network media should be straightway unblocked and the spread of media combination should be adopted. And the risk communication of animal epidemic situation and emergency incident should be strengthened, and scientifically dealing the epidemics and actively guiding the consumers, relaxing the mind are the necessary. With the good basis of healthy communication, the mechanisms of animal epidemic pre-guard system and emergency-meet system, and cooperation-coordination between doctor and veterinary should be well established. All of these could promote the deeper and wider development of applied research on healthy communication, and the conversion from animal disease to animal welfare and human health ensure the animal health and human safe effectively.
