摘 要 本设计新井为鸡西矿业集团城子河煤矿0.9Mt/a的新井设计，共有5层设计可采煤层，总厚度为8.5m。设计井田的可采储量为72.94Mt。服务年限为57a。划分两个水平开采。井田平均走向长2600m，平均倾斜长5000m，煤层平均倾角6°，属于缓倾斜煤层。 本设计矿井采用双立井开拓方式，集中布置。共划分6个带区，其中首带区为1个，达产工作面1个。本设计带区为中带上，采用综合机械化采煤。采空区处理方法为全部垮落法。年工作日为330天，采用“三八”式工作制，工作面长为200m，每刀进度为1m，每日割六刀。 由于井田倾斜长度较大，且为缓倾斜煤层，以及煤层地质条件等因素影响，决定本井田内全部采用倾斜长壁采煤法开采。 提升设备为主井采用箕斗提升，副井采用罐笼提升。 矿井的通风方式为中央并列抽出式。 关键词：开拓；带区；倾向长壁。 全套图纸，加153893706Abstract This design mineral well as the Shuangyashan mineral industry group limited liability company almond flower coal mine a new well designs, having totally four layers can adopt the coal seam, average and total thickness is 8.5 metre.The coal seam industry card number is a fatty spirit coal, designing the well farmland can adopt to keep the 72.94 Mts of deal, the service time limit is 57 years.
