安 徽 医 药 　A nhu iM ed ica l and P ha rm aceu tica l J ou rna l　2009 A ug; 13 ( 8) ·957 · ◇药物与临床 ◇ 复尔凯鼻肠管肠内营养在食管贲门癌术后的早期应用 李小平 ,刘一胜 ( ) 海军安庆医院胸外科 ,安徽 安庆 　246003 摘要 : 目的　总结食管 、贲门癌手术中留置复尔凯鼻肠营养管及术后早期肠内营养的治疗体会 。方法 　对 500 例食管 、贲门癌 患者术中均放置复尔凯鼻肠营养管 ,术后给予早期的营养支持治疗 。结果 　术中营养管的放置均顺利 ,术后早期给予肠内营养 支持 ,改善了患者的营养状况 ,加快了肠功能的恢复 ,促进了患者康复 ,减轻了患者的经济负担 。结论 　食管 、贲门癌患者术中 放置复尔凯鼻肠营养管 ,术后早期肠内营养是一种操作简单 、安全可靠 、经济有效的营养支持方法 。 关键词 :鼻肠营养管 ;肠内营养 ;营养液 Early applica tion of en tera l nutr ition through flocare na soin testina l feed ing tube after the esophagea l and card iac cancer surgery L I X iaop ing, L IU Yisheng (N avy H osp ita l in A nqing, qng ing, A nhu i 246003) A b stract:A im 　To conclude the exp erience of indwelling intraop eratively the flocare nasointestinal feeding tube and thu s offer po stop er atively the early enteral nutrition in the e sophageal and cardiac cancer su rgery. M ethod　W e p laced intraop eratively the flocare nasoin testinal feeding tube in all the 500 ca ses of the esophageal and cardiac cancer and app lied po stop eratively the early treatm en t of nu trition al support. Result　A ll the intraop erative indwelling of feeding tube s was successfu l. The po stop erative offering of the early en teral nu tri tion imp roved the nu tritional statu s of p atients, sp eeded up in te stinal function, p romoted the rehab ilitation of p atients and alleviated the fi nancial bu rden on p atients. Conclu sion 　For p atien ts w ith the esop hageal and cardiac cancer, the in traop erative indwelling of feeding tube s and the po stop erative offering of early en teral nu trition is an ea sy, co steffective, safe and reliab le nu tritional supp
