摘 要 随着全球经济一体化的推进,科学技术的飞速发展,尤其是信息技术的迅猛发展和知识经济的到来,我国企业的经营环境和财务环境正变得日益复杂和充满不确定性。在全球经济快速变化的环境下,企业正是为了适应当代经济知识化和信息化的需要而产生的一种新的企业管理模式。这一模式以提升企业核心竞争力为目的,以实现可持续发展为内在要求,而企业的可持续发展又有赖于企业战略的决策效率。企业财务战略作为企业总体战略的重要职能战略,直接决定企业总体战略的运行效率。优胜劣汰是市场竞争的基本法则，企业要求得生存和发展，不仅要有科学精细的日常管理，更需要高瞻远瞩的战略眼光和战略思想。加强战略管理已经成为当前管理界的趋势和潮流，与之相适应的财务战略管理也日益受到了财务学理论界和实务界前所未有的注意。Abstract With the advance of global economic integration, the rapid development of science and technology, in particular the rapid development of information technology and the advent of a knowledge-based economy, Chinas business environment and financial environment is becoming increasingly complex and full of uncertainties.
