mental program ( L (5 ) ) and based on soil enzymology, the analytical procedure for measuring amylase in landfill

was optimized for the landfill waste sample. T he optimal procedure was reliable and precise; the amylase in landfill
measured under the optimal experimental conditions (30 of dry temperature,7 mL of 1% starch solution, 0. 2 mL of
toluene, 10 mL of pH 5. 6 phosphate buffer solution and 35 of culturing for 36 h) had a small relative standard de
viation ( RSD) of 1. 96%.
