摘 要 “风险管理”的概念自从第一次提出之后，人们就开始逐渐把风险管理的理论和实践引入到企业财务风险管理当中，财务风险问题也日益成为理论界和实务界关注的焦点。在我国，随着现代市场经济的建立，企业财务风险问题也显得日益突出。企业的财务风险普遍存在要求企业重视财务风险，时刻关注企业可能发生的财务风险，避免财务风险的发生是不可能的，华能大理水电公司作为企业之一，也不可能避开财务风险，本文针对华能大理水电公司财务风险产生的原因，财务风险进行识别和度量，即企业财务风险的评价是企业财务风险管理的基础;对该公司财务风险进行管理，其目的是通过采取经济合理的控制策略，规避或分散风险，使企业避免损失，即企业财务风险的控制是关键。及时发现该公司存在的财务风险，并采取有效的措施，这是对待财务风险的较好的方法。因此，财务风险对该公司越来越重要，对财务风险的分析使华能大理水电公司更好生存与发展。 【关键词】 财务风险；；防范措施。 Abstract “risk management” has first put forward, people has gradually put the theory and the practice of risk management into the financial risk management of the enterprise, the financial risk problem has been the focus point of the theorists and the practical realm. In our country, with the establishment of the modern market economy, the financial risk problem has appeared to become increasingly prominent. The financial risk has generally need the enterprise to pay attention to the financial risk, should focus on the financial risk that the enterprise may happens, it is impossible to avoid the financial risk, HuaNeng DaLi Hydropower Co., Ltd can’t avoid financial risk. This article has focus on the reason of financial risk produce of the enterprise. The realization and measurement the financial risk, the evaluation of enterprise’s financial risk is the base of the enterprise’s financial risk management. The purpose of managing the financial risk is to use the economic control strategy, avoiding and spreading risk, let the enterprise avoid loss, which is the key to the control of financial risk. Finding the exiting financial risk of the enterprise on time, and taking the effective measure, which is the better way to control the financial risk. Therefore, the financial risk is more important to the enterprise, the analysis of financial risk makes the HuaNeng DaLi Hydropower Co., Ltd being better existing and development.
