上海理工大学 成人高等学历教育 毕业设计(论文) 浅谈中小企业的发展策略 学 院 继续教育学院 学 号 07 姓 名 专 业 工商管理 学历层次 本 科 学习形式 脱 产 学习年限 2 年 学习地点 松江教学站 指导教师 完成日期 2008年11月浅谈中小企业的发展策略 摘　要 进入21世纪的中国面临着经济全球化的挑战。中小企业是国民经济发展中的一支重要力量，世界各国对中小企业的研究和探讨也越来越关注，并成为企业界、经济界的重要研究对象。中小企业是增强我国自主创新能力和区域经济发展活力的重要源泉，对于我国经济快速、健康、稳定的发展，扩大就业，维护社会稳定具有很强的现实意义。党的十七大明确提出，要促进中小企业又好又快发展，这为中小企业的发展带来了新的历史契机。 本文首先阐述了有关中小企业发展的基本理论,介绍了我国中小企业的发展现状,目前面临的困境，对中小企业目前的发展形势做了SWOT分析，并阐述了发达国家对中小企业发展的扶持政策。最后,论文通过案例分析，对中小企业所面临的问题的解决方法提出了若干具体建议和对策。 关键字：中小企业，可持续发展，创新，融资  ON THE STRATEGIES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISE ABSTRACT 　　China is faced with the challenge of economy globalization in the 21st century. As one of the most important force in the development of the national economy, small and medium-sized enterprise becomes the focus of research and studies in every country and the main object of research not only in the business world but also in the economic circles. Moreover, small and medium-sized enterprise is the main source to strengthen the abilities of independent innovation and advance the development of regional economies and it plays an important role in the rapid, healthy, and stable development of national economy, job enlargement and maintenance of society’s stability. As pointed in the seventeenth Chinese Communist Party Congress, we should promote the rapid and healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprise and bring the new chance for the further development of small and medium-sized enterprise. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic theories of small and medium-sized enterprise and explains the status in quo and the difficulties that small and medium-sized enterprise is confronted with. After SWOT analysis of small and medium-sized enterprise and the introduction of support policies of developed countries for small and medium-sized enterprise, this paper finally puts forward some advice and sug
