摘 要 本课题的研究是基于大连机车厂提供的数据资料，通过对转向架装配现场进行调研，查阅相关资料，结合相关理论知识，对转向架装配工序进行通过模特法分解确定工序的工时定额并计算该工序的工艺成本。 本课题着重介绍了如何基于模特法计算装配工序的工时定额以及基于工序的工艺成本计算方法，并对转向架的装配工序进行了动作改善，课题在基于工业工程的思想进行相关理论分析研究的基础上，分析研究了本课题研究的相关理论与工作流程。对装配工序进行现场调研记录，充分掌握第一手资料。通过对机车转向架典型零部件案例的研究，通过对装配工序的工艺成本估算方法计算装配工序工艺成本的方法与流程进行系列化和标准化。通过对现场录像的反复研究分析，基于模特法的动素语言制定标准工时定额。基于制定的标准工时定额和现场设备基本参数，完成基于工序的工艺成本研究，估算此道工序的工艺成本。 关键字：模特法 装配 工时定额 工艺成本 ABSTRACT Study of this topic is based on the DaLian Locomotive and Rolling Stock CO.LTD data provided by bogie assembly site for research, access to relevant information, combined with relevant theoretical knowledge of the bogie assembly processes carried out by decomposition of the model law processes to determine and calculate the time quota process technology costs.
