分 类 号 学 号U200810842 学校代码 10487 密 级 学士学位论文 基于ZigBee的粮仓环境测控硬件设计 学位申请人： 学科专业：测控技术与仪器（精密仪器） 指导老师： 答辩日期：2012年6月11日 摘 要 由于在一定的温度、湿度下，可以抑制虫、霉菌的生长；在一定的光照度以下，可以抑制粮食胚胎的发育，抑制粮食发芽。故在该设计中，采取控制粮仓的温度、湿度以及光照度来储存粮食。然而为保证粮仓的环境能稳定在一定的范围内，需要温度、湿度以及光照度控制终端和各种、各位置的传感器进行协调工作。所以本设计中就用到了ZigBee无线通讯技术。通过ZigBee，实现自动化控制数据传输，从而实现传感器与温控、光控等终端以及传感器与传感器之间的的协调工作，使粮仓的环境形成一定要求的平衡。 本设计采用CC2530+CC2591的ZigBee无线模块完成数据采集与处理以及通讯，采用DS18B20温湿度传感器来采集粮堆里的温度与湿度，采用TSL2561光照度传感器室内的测光照度，采用PWM进行LED灯光强度控制以及电机控制遮阳布来调节室内光强；采用抽湿机和空调来调节室内湿度与温度。其中CC2530是用于IEEE802.15.4、ZigBee和RF4CE应用的一个真正的片上系统解决方案；CC2591集成了可将输出功率提高＋22dBm的功率放大器以及可将接收机灵敏度提高 ＋6 dB 的低噪声放大器，从而能够显著增加无线系统的覆盖范围。 关键词：粮仓环境，ZigBee，CC2530，CC2591，光照度，湿度，温度 Abstract Because at a certain temperature and humidity, the growth of mould and bug can be restrained.And at a certain illuminance,the growth of grain embryos can be restrained which lead to grain sprout being restrained.Based on above reasons,this design adopts controlling the temperature humidity and illuminance in granary to stored grain.However,to ensure the environment of a granary can be stabilized in a certain range, temperature humidity and illuminance control terminals should coordinate work with different kinds of sensors in different locations.So ZigBee wireless communications technology is chosen for this design.Through this technology,automatic control data transmission will be achieved,thus realize achieving the coordination work between sensors and control terminals(or sensors) to make the environment of a granary be in some kind of balance. This design uses the CC25330+CC2591 ZigBee wirelesss module to achieve data acquisition and processing and communication, use DS18B20 to acquisition the temperature and humidity of grain pile,use TSL2561 illuminance sensor to meter indoor illuminance,use PWM dimming to control LED lamp and motor to control cloth so as to adjust indoor illuminance,and use a smoke wet machine and a air condition to adjust indoor humidity and t
