现阶段中学生体育锻炼活动动机的探讨 罗湘雅 摘要:文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对中学生的体育活动锻炼动机进行了研究,结果表明中学生体育锻炼首要动机是“以减轻学习的压力和紧张水平,提高睡眠质量,进而提高学习效率”,并认为该首要因子体现了中学生参加的体育活动动机的功利性,这种现象与当前中学片面追求升学率而造成压力过重是相吻合的。 关键词:中学生;体育活动;动机 A Discussion on Current Middle School Students Motivation to Participate Sports Activities Luo Xiang ya (PE Department, Hunan Institute of Humanities, Science and Technology , China) Abstract: Through literature material, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistic, this paper develops a research on middle school students motivation of sports activities.
