摘 要 本文介绍了基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)其控制器的设计。STATCOM (Distribution Static Compensator)是用户电力技术的重要装置之一,控制器作为其关键部分,决定了其补偿性能的好坏。本文采用高性能数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407为D-STATCOM的核心控制器,利用其快速强大的运算和处理能力以及并行运行的能力,以满足D-STATCOM的实时性、快速性、处理算法复杂等的要求。而精确驱动脉冲的产生又是其中的关键技术，采用数字信号处理器DSPTMS320LF2407和高精度A/D芯片MAX125，与传统的单片机测量系统相比，在实时性、精度等方面有了较大的提高，且硬件和软件实现简单。设计了精度高、相位抖动小、稳定性好的STATCOM控制器DSP最小系统、信号采集、信号处理。DSP最小系统包括DSP芯片、键盘显示、扩展ROM/RAM等。信号采集包括PT（电压互感器）/CT（电流互感器）、信号调理、A/D转换。 关键词：数字信号处理器(DSP)STATCOM；DSP最小系统；信号采集；信号处理 Abstract This article introduced based on the Digital Signal Processing (DSP) power distribution static synchronous compensator (D-STATCOM) its controller design. Distribution Static Synchronous Compensator D-STATCOM (Distribution Static Compensator) is one of user electric power technology important installments, the controller took its essential part, has decided its compensation performance quality. But actuates the pulse the production also is precisely key technologies, uses digital signal processor DSP chip TMS320LF2407 and high accuracy A/D chip MAX125, compares with the traditional monolithic integrated circuit measurement system, in aspects and so on timeliness, precision had the big enhancement, also the hardware and the software realization is simple. Has designed the precision high, the phase jitter _d small, the stable good D-STATCOM controller. This controller installment by the main circuit, the control circuit, actuates the electric circuit to be composed. This article elaborated according to the signal flow, DSP smallest system, signal gathering, signal processing. The DSP smallest system including the DSP chip, the keyboard demonstrated, expands ROM/RAM and so on. Signal gathering including PT (voltage transformer) /CT (current transformer), signal recuperation, A/D transformation.
