But it has become a new research topic now, as people have different understandings and interpretations about justice in different times, different countries and different social contexts. In new period, the conception of Justice should be the socialist system’s equitable distribution of basic rights and obligations to all the members of the society. This conception should also contain appropriate legal and moral quality to guarantee the results of its distribution, which is inseparable from the principle of equality, the principle of fairness, the principle of efficiency and the principle of the reciprocity of rights and obligations. Keywords: harmonious society; justice; the principle of equality; the principle of fairness; the principle of efficiency 党的十六届六中全会明确指出：“社会公平正义是社会 成了众多的政治研究流派。 和谐的基本条件，制度是社会公平正义的根本保证。”[1] 1. 正义与权利相关 “正义的社会制度可以为人们提供一个发展的规范标准， 柏拉图认为正义是存在于城邦政治和个人行为中最一
