摘 要 本课题针对工业上常用的温度控制系统进行设计，以螺杆挤压机温度控制系统为应用实例。本系统采用先进的单片机为主控制器，进行数据计算和功率输出控制，实现对螺杆挤压机六路温度的控制。本课题还包括按钮电路设计，LCD电路和打印机驱动电路设计，数据存储电路和报警电路设计。本课题设计出的温度控制系统，具有友好的人机界面，控制精确，易于扩展，稍加二次开发就可以产品化，产生经济效益。 关键词：AT89S52单片机，温度控制，LCD显示，数据存储，打印 ABSTRACT he issue for the industrial temperature control systems commonly used in design to screw extruder temperature control system application examples.
