The exploration and practice to improve the efficiency of city
logistics distribution in Japan

Abstract:This paper mainly analyses the exploration and practiceof promotingthe efficiency ofurban
logistics distribution, which is worked together by Japanese non-governmental organizations and
government departments. This paper put forward the suggestions of resolving the problem from
different angles, which is the city logistics distribution in typical areas. Besides, stated the labor division
and cooperation of stakeholders of city logistics distribution,and summed up the effect of some specific
experiment demonstration work. Reference tothe perspective ofresolving the problem of city logistics
distribution in Japan, a new perspective and way isprovidedto the managers and researchers of city
logistics distribution in China.
