The part Ground-1 is going to act as the motor for the fourbar linkage by driving Link-1 with an angular velocity of 360 deg/s. As the linkage system rotates, determine the driving torque of Ground-1 and the angular velocity of Link2-1. Run the IntelliMotion Builder To begin using Dynamic Designer, right mouse click on the Motion Model to call up the IntelliMotion Builder. Set Gravity Ensure gravity is in the the -Y direction. By clicking on the +1 or -1 next to each axes direction, you can quickly change the direction of gravity. Gravity is always in the global assembly coordinate frame. You can specify a vector (ie a value in each axes component) for gravity acting at an arbitrary direction. Clicking on the World icon will reset the gravitational value back to the earth standard (in the current units). Note: If you change assembly units on a model after already defining the motion model, ensure gravity is updated to current units. Define Moving and Ground Parts Move Ground-1 and Ground2-1 to Ground parts. This can be done by dragging the part with the mouse or by right clicking on the parts and selecting the Moving Part option. Multiple parts can be selected using the Ctrl - key followed by a mouse click or by boxing in all the
