To abate the d isadvantage related to the fitness of genetic algorithm, the mi proved genetic algorithm m odel is com bined w ith several optmi alm ethods brought from the study concerning the structure of cobw eb. The mi proved genetic algorithm model mi proves the initialization and fitness assess m ent successfu lly. By the com parison betw een wt o resu lts conducted by the mi proved genetic algorithm model and the standard model SGA respectively, the accessib ility of the new genetic algorithm m odel is verified.
