毕业设计（论文） 论文题目：NGN与PSTN共同组网模式探讨 摘要 NGN在业务上具有网络融合的概念，NGN网络的建立涵盖了对窄带语音网络的替代，特别是对PSTN的替代。本论介绍了NGN技术和PSTN网络的基础知识，随后根据NGN特点、PSTN网、分组数据网的一些知识分别从新建、部分新建和融合建设三个层面对NGN网络的组织展开讨论，给出了网络规划组织、运行维护方面的策略。 从单纯性NGN组网开始，通过给出了大网模式下国际、国内长途和本地网、其他运营商之间的网络组织和互联控制的网络模型，展开了对NGN网与传统 网络共存、网络智能化改造的讨论，基本解决了大网组织下分层问题，避免运营商今后网络功能拆分时的重复建设问题。本论文研究的核心是使用两张网络共同承载当前用户需求的各种电信业务负荷，以最优化投资建立面向未来的的网络，并讨论了不同网络层次运营、互通、管理、接入的方式，基本解决了运营商全面替换网络和新建专用网络所带来的成本、管理、业务的矛盾。 本问研究的在单独、共存、融合等不同情况下NGN和PSTN的组网建设方案，对新兴运营商建网和对解决当前固网运营商面对NGN演进机遇抉择提供了有效的建议，因此，对传统电信运营商和新兴电信运营商都具有一定的参考价值。 关键词： NGN PSTN VoIP ABSTRACT In the plane of service , NGN has the mean of Integrated network ,The next generation network had been Integrated all of the narrow voice service, especially the PSTN phone call ,In this thesis , depending on the experience in running the PSTN and in testing on NGN, the history if NGN and the basic knowledge of PSTN and NGN had been introduced. In the following, how to design a Self-governed NGN ,a Parallel network, with PSTN or a Integrated network that had been discussed for future network.. By the result of discussion, programming and maintenance the new network the strategy had been give out. In this thesis, the possible question in the new network had been discussed, too. From setting up a self-governed NGN , which give out a series of model for international, national and local network in big network mode, and give a way for operation and management the joined network which are controlled by different telecom corporation. In next chapter, which discussed the intergrowth problem for NGN and PSTN, discussed the Intelligence rebuilding of PSTN by NGN technology .Using above result, can avoid redundant projects when Telecom Corporation make the same service in the different network, The finally aim is building future network by cost optimization, By discuss the way of operation , interconnection, management and access, the fundamental problem in cost, management and
