生防芽胞杆菌的筛选及其抗菌作用的研究 摘要：从我国不同地区采集土样，共分离到300余株芽胞杆菌，通过平板对峙生长法从中筛选到4株对香蕉枯萎病原菌有明显拮抗作用的芽胞杆菌。本文研究了不同菌量、温度、pH和紫外照射时间下，4株芽胞杆菌对香蕉枯萎病原菌抑菌作用的影响。经研究表明：4株菌的抑菌效果随着浓度的降低而降低；4株芽胞杆菌的抑菌作用对温度和pH反应敏感；菌株FJAT-4543和FJAT-4539的抑菌作用对紫外不敏感 关键词：芽胞杆菌；香蕉枯萎病原菌；抗菌作用 Study on Screeing Biological Control Bacillus spp. and Its Inhibitory effect Abstract: There were 300 Bacillus spp. isolated from different soil samples.
