经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症的围手术期护 理体会 [摘要] 目的 探讨经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗前列腺增生症的围手术期护理方法和经验。方法 回顾陕西省人民医院2005年～2007年行经尿道 前列腺电切术的278例前列腺增生症患者的围手术期护理方法。结果 278例患者手术均成功，15例术后出血较多，术后均可自行排尿。结论 良好的围手术期 护理是保证经尿道前列腺电切术成功和降低术后并发症的关键。 [关键词] 经尿道前列腺电切术；前列腺增生症；围手术期护理 [Abstract] Objective To evaluate transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia perioperative care methods and experience.
