摘 要 随着电力工业的发展，电力网的规划在电网的建设与发展中占据越来越重要的角色。做好电网的规划设计更是成为了一个不可忽视的课题。电力网的规划是在满足电网安全可靠运行的前提下，根据负荷和地理位置的分布，确定合理的电网结构。对电力网进行规划是保证一类、二类重要负荷供电的前提下使电网能够安全、可靠的运行。随着仿真软件的日益发展，对电网进行仿真分析也变得越来越简单方便。本文主要阐述了对电网进行规划时的方法和过程，大概可分为以下几步来完成：电力系统的有功平衡和无功平衡的计算；电力系统网络电压等级确定及接线方案的选择；选定系统最优接线方案，基于PSS/E对网络进行潮流计算。经过这一系列的分析研究最终选出了一个能够满足电网规划要求的最佳方案。 关键词：电力系统；电网；电力网规划；潮流计算 Abstract Power grid planning in power grid construction and development of more and more important role that the development of power industry.Well power grid planning and design is become a noticeable topic.Power network planning is to meet the premise of safe and reliable operation of the power grid, according to the distribution of load and the geographical position, determine the reasonable structure of power grid.Important for power network planning is to guarantee a class, second class load power supply under the premise of the power grid can be safe and reliable operation.With the development of simulation software, simulation analysis was carried out on the grid is becoming more and more easy and convenient.This article mainly expounds method and process of power grid planning, probably can be divided into the following steps to complete:Active balance and reactive balance calculation of power system;Determine of network voltage grade and the selection of network connection scheme of power system;The selected optimal wiring schemes of power system,based on PSS/E power flow calculation was carried out on the network.After this series of analysis and research, the best scheme can be selected of power grid planning.
