PAGE PAGE II 摘 要 财务风险作为一种危机信号，影响着公司的生存、发展和获利能力，必须加以防范和控制。建立和完善财务风险预警系统是防范财务风险的有力手段，有效的财务风险预警系统可以预知公司危机的征兆，及时发现导致财务状况恶化的原因，使经营者在危机到来之前采取有效的预防和控制措施，将危机消灭在萌芽状态。 论文介绍了财务风险防范的理论基础，阐述了财务风险及财务预警的相关理论，介绍了常用的防范财务风险方法。分析了矿电力公司的财务现状，从矿电力公司财务现状等方面分析出矿电力公司存在的财务风险，建立矿电力公司的财务风险预警系统，对矿电力公司2006-2010年的财务风险进行防范，在分析矿电力公司财务风险形成原因的基础上，提出防范矿电力公司财务风险的措施。 【关键词】 矿电力公司 财务风险 风险防范 Abstract Financial risk as a crisis, impact on the companys signal survival, development and profitability, must try to prevent and control. To establish and perfect the financial risk pre-warning system is avoid financial risks, the powerful tools of effective financial risk pre-warning system can predict the company signs of the crisis, the timely discovery led to financial condition deteriorating reason, make operators in crisis comes before take effective prevention and control measures, will crisis nipped in the bud. This paper introduces the theoretical foundation of the financial risk; Expounds the financial risk and the financial affairs warning related theory, this paper introduces some common methods avoid financial risks. Analyzes the present situation of the companys financial ore power; Power company financial status from ore analyzes existing power company out of the ore financial risk, and establish mineral electric company financial risk pre-warning system for mine power company, 2006-2010 years of financial risk to protect against it, on the analysis of ore electric power company financial risk based on the cause of formation and preventive ore electric power company financial risk measures.
