During the 12th Five-Year Plan, as the government further increases the effort of constructing indemnificatory houses, accelerating the construction has been the serious challenge faced by our country. Industrialized construction of indemnificatory houses can efficiently solve problems like poor quality, long construction periods and high costs of traditional constructing ways, being an inevitable way through reformation and innovation of indemnificatory houses’ construction. However, it is hard to avoid contradictions between traditional production and organization models and the development of housing industrialization. Based on the theory that production relations must be adapted for the development of production, reconstructing the production-organization model of industrialized construction of indemnificatory houses will also be inevitable. This dissertation based on constructing ways of industrialization of indemnificatory houses; use the experience of production-organization models in the mature manufacturing-Integrated Manufacturing, presenting integrated construction models of indemnificatory houses. Integrated construction, setting the standardization of working unit as premise, using the integration of components of houses as a technical basis, realize a new, cooperated a
