红蓝光照射联合二丁颗粒治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察 赖永平 （成都市第六人民医院皮肤科，四川 成都 610051） [摘要] 目的：探讨红蓝光照射联合二丁颗粒治疗轻中度寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法：将120例轻中度寻常型痤疮患者随机分为2组，治疗组采用红蓝光照射联合二丁颗粒，外用夫西地酸软膏治疗，对照组使用红蓝光照射，外用夫西地酸软膏治疗，连续治疗4周，治疗后对疗效进行评分，比较两组治疗有效率。结果：治疗组的临床疗效明显高于对照组，其有效率为87.10%，对照组的有效率为53.45%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：红蓝光照射联合二丁颗粒治疗寻常型痤疮疗效好，安全性好。 [关键词] 寻常痤疮；光疗法；二丁颗粒；疗效 中图分类号： R758.733 文献标识码： 文章编号： Curative effects of Red And blue Lights Combined with Erding Granule On Acne Vulgaris LAI Yong-ping Department of Dermatology, the Sixth Peoples Hospital of Chengdu, Chengdu 610051, China Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of red and blue lights combined with erding granule on mild to moderate acne vulgaris . Methods A total of 120 patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris were randomly divided into control group (62 cases) and experiment one(58 cases). Two groups of patients accepted the therapy of red and blue lights twice a week combing with external application of fusidic acid cream once every morning and night..Erding granule added to the experiment group orally,4g each time, 3 times a day.The course of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups. The skin lesions and the drug adverse reactiong were observed.The curative effects in both groups were compared. Results The effective rates at the 4th week in the treatmen was 87.10%and that of the contral group was 53.45%,showing significantly statistical differences in the effects between the two groups(p＜0.05). Conclusion Treatment of acne vulgaris with the combination of red and blue lights and erding granule can achieve good rurative effects with safety.
