To maintain regular and productive contacts with existing customers and to provide follow-up services as needed. To solicit and analyse sales and competitive market information for the management. To coordinate with Air and Ocean Departments for business dealings with existing and new customers. To develop competitive sales lead for overseas counterparts. The Qualifications: College graduated or above, Previous working experience in sales field is preferred. Proficient in English. Outgoing and oriented personality. Air Export Clerk 空运出口 The Job: To contact with shipper /vendor to arrange shipment To communicate with oversea office for DLSOP and rate To contact with gateway office for flight arrangement To prepare HAWB billing invoice To finish ETMS system The Qualifications: College graduated or above. 1 year’s of similar experience in the air cargo forwarding field. Good command of English. Team work player, able to work under pressure. Air Import Clerk 空运进口 The Job: To handle business operations with customers. To handle general inquiry and complaints. To prepare accurate reports on time. To meet customers’ requirements apart from operational issues. To answer general telephone inquires. To entry data and follow up shipments.
